Bookings / Prices

Prices are based on the renting the entire property per week for 6 people – shorter breaks and less people can be catered for but will be dependent on availability – please ask us!
Price Includes:

• Gas, electric and water – use of fire and logs in the winter can be provided for a small additional charge (Central heating provided if required)
• All bed linen and towels – changed on a weekly basis
• Welcome pack on arrival – Wine, Pasta and the very local olive oil (To start your Italian holiday off the right way!)
• Extra beds / cots can be provided on request.
• Use of washing machine

*NEW* - CD player with IPOD docking station so you can play your favourite tunes on holiday!

HIGH	April - September	£450
LOW	October - March	£350

NOTE: A 30% non refundable deposit is required on booking to be paid into our English bank account. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday and we remain the right to assume your holiday is cancelled if the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to the confirmed holiday date.

Any breakages should be replaced during your stay and I ask for your complete honesty as it's not always possible to check on your leaving day.
