Upstairs Sleeps six comfortably in 3 bedrooms
- King Size master room, with views across the Umbrian countryside and traditional Italian style bed and furniture. A chandelier hanging from the beams that will illuminate and amaze! Located next to the main bathroom, it's your own private wash room for the holiday!
- Double bed with en-suite bathroom. The pine room is a spacious double with the added benefit of having an en-suite shower room complete with wc and basin. Wardrobes and hooks provided for hanging up your holiday attire.
- Twin bed room with a tall ceiling! The outlook over the valley will stun you in the morning as the sun pours through the shutters.
Downstairs: Restored with all original features intact!
- Well equipped good size Kitchen for 6 to eat round the table. Gas oven and hob and fridge-freezer.
- Utility provides storage space and washing machine (If you have to on holiday!)
- Comfy lounge with log burning stove and books and games for our visitors to use - double doors go through to the sun terrace.
- Sun terrace with table and chairs for 6, barbeque and those fantastic 180 degree views of the tiber valley - come day or night, you'll never tire of it!
